VUETC (Estd. 2003) is an academic circle  of teachers of English serving different colleges affiliated to Vidyasagar University.

The idea of such an organization was first mooted during the 1^st Refresher Course organized by the Department of English, Vidyasagar University in 2003. The organization was founded with the intention of intellectual enrichment and improvement of co-ordination amongst the teachers of English serving different colleges affiliated to V.U. . The activities of VUETC during these years have always aimed at orientation and reorientation of knowledge.
